Job Description
- Oversee daily management of store and key store activities under management's directives
- Provide excellent customer service and maintains a positive shopping environment consistent with our brand image
- Establish regular contacts with existing and potential customers, maintaining healthy customer relationships
- Mentor retail team and oversee scheduling and proper SOPs
- Assign tasks, support retail team, and offer constructive feedback where needed to help improve the team and overall productivity
- Lead stock-takes for store inventory and receive stock transfers
- Ensures store is stocked efficiently and adequately
- Maintains excellent store environment and make improvements where neededWorks closely with managers on sales activities and customer feedback
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- 5 days work week including both weekends
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in retail roles
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Fluent in English. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
- Passion for home & lifestyle products and social media is a plus
- Good team player, pleasant personality, service oriented, positive attitude to learning new skill sets
