Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and courteous support to users of our platform via email, chat, and other channels.
- Assist users with account-related inquiries, troubleshooting trading issues, and navigating platform features.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve technical issues and improve platform performance.
- Stay informed about cryptocurrency and DeFi trends to provide accurate support to users.
- Identify common user pain points and provide feedback for platform improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in cryptocurrency or exchange.
- Deep understanding of crypto and blockchain technology.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
