Your role as our Sales & Marketing Specialist encompasses strategic planning, marketing expertise, driving sales, and fostering robust customer relationships. Your primary objective is allying with our business development units to amplify WellAway’s local and regional growth in online and offline pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Design and implement salesforce strategies (offline and online) through direct engagement with clients and executing consultative sales to achieve sales targets.
- Partner Relations: Build excellent rapport and long-lasting relationships with clinics, doctors, partners, and clients.
- Marketing Management: Design and implement marketing strategies (offline and online) for customer acquisition and brand building in line with business goals.
- Analytics Reporting: Create and present reports on sales performance, goals, and potential for new business opportunities in emerging markets and market shifts in digital pharmacy.
Your Experience:
- Degree, Diploma, or equivalent experience/certifications in business, marketing, or healthcare. Proven experiencein direct sales or marketing in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is advantageous.
