They lease many high-end vehicles to their 41,000 customer base and have been customers’ first-choice partner for many years. They are currently looking for an AP Assistant to value-add to their business.
Location: Tuas (Company bus provided from Tuas Crescent MRT)
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Match 3 ways GRN invoices and perform invoice entry via supplier portal into ERP.
- Process payments through receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
- Process staff claims via eclaim portal.
- Identify and flag any irregularities detected during invoice processing.
- Record expenses to accounts and cost centers based on the invoice nature.
- Perform bi-monthly and weekly payment runs to suppliers and employees.
- Perform supplier reconciliation every month and bank reconciliation for payment.
- Prepare balance sheet schedules.
- Attend to supplier’s inquiries.
- AP monthly closing.
Requirements:
- At least 1 years’ Accounts Payable experience
- Strong attention to details, accuracy in data entry
- Good time management skills & ability to meet assigned deadlines
- Effective communication skills to liaise with internal & external stakeholders
