- Respond to customers’ claims in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers
- Negotiate with suppliers to optimize terms and ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and service quality
- Manage claim list and report to management regularly
- Liaise with ship agent for smooth ship attendance.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in marine engineering or related field.
- Experience in handling marine spare parts.
- Occasionally business trips required.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English & computer skills in MS Office
- Good understanding of supply chain Incoterms.
