- Conduct research, data mining, and analyze fundraising trends to facilitate effective communication with both new and existing donors.
- Develop and execute creative fundraising campaigns, events, and proposals.
- Keep donors updated through reports and collaterals, providing evidence of impact, articles, and mailers.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Volunteer Management and Corporate Communication teams to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Oversee donation administration and reception services, providing mentorship to departmental administrative personnel.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in related industries
- Motivated and good in communication
- Ability to meet deadlines
