JOB SCOPE:
EXTERNAL: Towards Market, Customers, & Competitors
Ø Servicing customer enquiries:
· preparing proposals
· preparing quotations
Ø Establish customer relationships:
· develop, networking
· maintain positive business
Ø Resolving customer complaints with the help of QA Team
Ø Hunting for new customer accounts
Ø Sales presentation:
· negotiate sales contracts
· presentation
Ø Monitoring competition by gathering current market information on:
· pricing,
· products, new products,
· delivery lead time
· feedback to Product Management team
Ø Perform market research and keep afloat of competition and technological advancements
INTERNAL: Inter-Departmental Efforts
· Perform RFQ together with the Product Management team
· Liaising with the Product Management team to turn quotations into sales orders
· Perform New Market Research & Analysis
· Build & Execute Sales Strategy
· Prepare sales report/progress report
· Managing of Sales & Customer Service team(s)
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
· Independent worker, driven for results
· Proactive mindset and takes initiative in work
· Familiarity with Microsoft Suite
KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THE JOB: (Core & Behavioural)
· Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills required
· Proficiency in written/spoken skills in English and Chinese to communicate with clients from Asia, Europe, and USA
· Willingness to travel overseas is a MUST
· Experience in industry sales and precision optics related experience is a plus
