Full job description
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting on network, system, hardware and software at HQ and Sites
- Assist in set up of new PCs and install and manage software on PCs
- Perform system administration and user account management
- Perform procurement, installation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure (hardware and software)
- Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal, security and company guidelines
- Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to ongoing improvement processes
- Maintenance of system licenses, warranties and any other support agreements.
- Development and maintenance of IT documentation including Asset management and tracking
