Job Description:
1. Responsible for the registration, filing, establishment and launch of products.
2. Responsible for the operation and management of the fund and the related monitoring and auditing work.
3. Responsible for the review and go-live audit of various financial products, including the compliance and legality of document.
4. Review various external contracts of the company in accordance with the standardized working procedures to ensure their compliance with legal requirements and regulatory requirements; to avoid contractual defects and safeguard the interests of the company.
5. Responsible for the disclosure of information and other related work, and maintain healthy communication with the association.
Job requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management.
2. Minimum 7 years of experience in financial institutions or fund operations, familiar with securities-based fund distribution and product operation processes.
3. Good logical thinking skills, excellent planning and management skills and organization and coordination skills, outstanding communication skills and execution.
4. Strong learning and understanding of regulations, policies and regulatory requirements involved in the field of fund investment
5. Clear and logical thinking, conscientious, rigorous and pragmatic, with a strong sense of risk management.
