- Performance goals and managing the performance of staff
- Creating and implementing strategies for business growth

- Accountable for developing and executing a strategic plan to significantly grow the business, delivering tangible and measurable outcomes in line with the company's overall objectives.
- Drive the business strategies towards growth and profitability with complete P&L responsibilities.
- Reviewing and formulating business and market strategies to company's growth, including forming new business partnerships, driving operational and business excellence and enhancing the profitability of the business
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Compliance and risk management: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. Identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; and making mid-course corrections.
- Responsible for the day to day running of the business and ensure all client deliverables are executed on time and to an elevated standard.
- Review the reports on the status of projects indicating current status with regards to financial situation and provide guidance and recommendations for improvement.
Jobs Requirements:
- Experience in General Manager at least 5 years and above
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Experience in Hospitality & Residential
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of business process and functions
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
