Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the Training Centre’s Facility i.e. booking of rooms, refreshments
- Manage training mailbox queries
- Invoice processing – Verify invoices in system. Ensuring all supporting documents are in order before routing it to Approver to approve it.
- External course nomination. Send survey. Process invoices and send to Finance
- Update attendances
- Manage the course creation in the Learning Management System, Subscribe reports to BU where needed. Handle adhoc requests from Business Units
- Manage Learning Management matters. Create course and subscribe reports to Business Units cum adhoc requests.
- Complete course registration for funded programmes and Process claims for our funded programmes
- Any other training operations related work that might be needed
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
