Job Description:
- Assist Head/ Senior Chef in the preparation of Thai cuisine.
- Assist in cooking side dishes and preparation of ingredients.
- Checking food and ingredients for freshness.
- To ensure minimum kitchen wastage.
- Working well under pressure and within the time limit.
- Ensuring that the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils are cleaned.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Head Chef or Senior Chef.
Requirements:
- Chinese and Thai cuisine background preferred
- Able to read, write and speak simple English
- Prefer with a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Location:
- Clarke Quay | Bedok
Working Hours: (OFF day based on roster, roster arrange by manager)
- 6 days per week
