Job Description
- Attend to walk-in and online customer enquiries on whatsapp, facebook, instagram; manage appointments
- Perform and promote a range of beauty treatments for customers including eyebrow/lip/eyeliner embroidery, eyelash extension, body hair removal, facial and acne treatments etc.
- Build good customer relationship and deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain workplace sanitation
Requirements
- Customer-centric attitude, proactive, and willing to learn
- At least 1 year of related experience with facial, and eyebrow embroidery or eyelash extensions.
- Relevant certifications
