ROLE INTRODUCTION
This role encompasses managing all administrative tasks, fostering smooth communication between our company’s clients and dispatch riders, and ensuring efficient service delivery through precise coordination and adept problem-solving.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Input and manage job orders accurately within our company's order management system.
- Act as the main point of contact for our dispatch riders, assigning orders promptly and providing comprehensive information to facilitate successful deliveries.
- Monitor the progress of dispatched orders closely, updating their status in the system and proactively addressing any delays or concerns.
- Collaborate closely with dispatch riders to optimize routes and schedules, ensuring efficient order fulfillment.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a smooth workflow and resolve any operational challenges that may arise.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Any additional duties that may be assigned.
FORMAL EDUCATION OR CERTIFICATION
Secondary Education or with relevant certifications
Knowledge & Experience
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
- Proficiency in computer hardware (printers, scanners etc)
- Proficiency in computer software (email, Slack, order management system)
- Officer/Dispatcher experience
