About Our Client:
- Our client is one of the well-known Japanese based comprehensive engineering companies which based in Singapore.
- Working Hour: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Location: Based on the projects, either at AMK or Pasir Ris
- Salary Package: Basic up to $3,000 + AWS
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise safety and health aspects across all projects.
- Conduct daily inspections of work activities to ensure adherence to safe procedures.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and dangerous occurrences, and provide reports and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Conduct risk assessments for all projects and maintain comprehensive safety and health records.
- Develop safety programs and oversee workers' compliance with safe practices.
- Prepare and submit safety reports to the WSH department and customers.
- Ensure compliance with the WSH Act and related legal regulations.
- Identify and address unsafe conditions or acts, recommending and implementing corrective measures.
- Inspect project materials from suppliers for compliance and arrange testing when necessary.
- Fulfill any other duties as assigned by superiors.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering / Construction, BCSS, Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B), Work @ Height for Supervisor certificate , Risk Management Certificate and WSHMS
(Level 4) - At least five (5) years relevant experience in related field
- Must be able to communicate with foreign workers at Construction/Building site
- Must be able to understand and interpret technical drawings/specifications
- A team player who is hands-on and meticulous in his / her work
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
