1.Administrative
· Assists in the overall department’s general administration
· Manages and forecasts budgets for Entertainment functions
· Manages and forecasts budget for Lifestyle Sections
2. Event Management
· Club entertainment events, taking primary responsibility for the bi-monthly Club nights. Handles the administration and event management Club nights
· In charge of Socials Sections
3.Special Project Management as assigned by manager
4.Writing & Design
· Ad-hoc designing of posters and other printed collaterals for Entertainment and functions organised by the Sections
· Ad-hoc writing of reports and publications for the Club, including the annual report
5.Live Bands Management
· Day-to-day correspondence with bands
· Contract Negotiations
6.Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations /applicable laws
7.Follow the workplace safety and health system, safe work procedures or safety rules implemented at the workplace.
8.Any other duties/projects as assigned by Supervisor / Management
