Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts, including bank reconciliations for two (2) business entities
- Data entry for Accounts Payable and Receivables in ACCPAC
- Process payments to vendors and staff claims
- Perform month-end account closing
- Perform quarterly GST reconciliation and submission
- Assist in audit procedures
- Handle any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in handling full set of accounts
- Experience in accounting software, preferably ACCPAC
- Familiar with GST rules
- Meticulous, self-motivated, and positive attitude
- Possess strong problem-solving skills
- Good team player and able to work independently
