Job Responsibilities
- To support the management and monitoring of programme activities including registration, attendance and logistics
- Manage client inquiries, registration and other membership related matters
- Establish positive relationship with volunteers and coordinate volunteer deployment
- Conduct outreach activities to target client group, other organisations and the community.
- Prepare relevant centre reports as required
- Any other relevant/appropriate duties as assigned by Manager
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in relevant disciplines
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office and has excellent communication skills
- Good planning and time management skills
- Able to develop and implement programmes and improve processes
- Proficient in English and able to communicate in dialects with non-English/Mandarin speaking clients
- Knowledgeable, energetic and passionate about working with seniors
- Strong team player, resourceful and systematic with effective problem solving skills
- 5-day workweek, 9am – 6pm
- Must be able to commit for from Jul to Nov 2024
- Location: Yong-en Active Hub @ Bukit Merah Community Hub
