Job Description
· Understanding of Mechanical system design in Semiconductor industry is preferred.
· Semiconductor Tool Hook-up/unhook coordination and management.
· Bill of material and RFQ preparation for projects assigned.
· Able to interpret the tool schematic drawing (Tool’s utilities matrix requirements).
· Responsible for ensuring that assigned project meets customer’s specs, strictly follow procedures and schedules.
· Provide technical interface with sub-contractor, to ensure that sub-contractor work force is trained to perform all procedures on assigned projects.
· Liaise with clients on services requirement, schedule, acceptance report, progress claim.
· On site supervision to work closely with contractors to execute tools services hook-up activities, ensure safety regulation is practiced and monitor work quality performance.
· Communicate and coordinate effectively with all relevant internal & external team members including contractors to ensure efficient completion of projects.
· Review work procedures and highlight activities which may cause interruptions on the projects.
· Other duties assigned by supervisor as and when needed.
Requirements
Degree /Higher NITEC in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
· Related working experience in electronics / semiconductor industry.
· Related working experience or familiar with electrical/mechanical system in semiconductor fab facilities system.
- Familiarity in MS Excel, MS office.
- Good communication (both verbal and written) skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, Independent, self - motivated, good team player
- Able to work under pressure in fast-paced environment
