Key Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive management of multiple customer accounts covering all facets of Sales Operations.
- Partner closely with Business Operations Executive and Business Development managers to drive business growth.
- Own and manage customer pricing within the database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage certain customer investments impacting the profit and loss statement.
- Support with In-store activation projects and other cross-functional tasks
- Take ownership of the invoicing process and In Market sales data management
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other key departments (Finance, Category Marketing, Customer Marketing, Procurement, and Customer Service & Logistics) to meet company KPIs.
- Manage various administrative tasks, including organizing promotional events, updating master data, and database maintenance
- Ensure strict compliance within your responsibility, adhering to company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in Sales Operations, Trade Marketing, or a comparable role within the FMCG industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration across teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel would be a plus
