Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the monthly payroll processing of the company and timely submission of statutory requirements (CPF, IR8A, IR21, NS Claims, Maternity Leave Claims, etc)
- Conduct internal and external salary benchmarking to prepare salary proposal for new employees and salary/ market adjustments for current staff.
- Submit and follow up with government disbursement for NS pay/ childcare leave/ maternity leave.
- Keep in check that we are in compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Study & review manpower requirements with operations and management.
- Spearhead annual performance evaluation process.
- Prepares annual salary increment, promotion and bonus.
- Track and follow up on supervisor and staff's evaluation results.
- Track and monitor employees' core competencies.
- Source, recommend, organise and administer training courses for staff.
- Liaise with Insurance Agent for company's general Insurance needs.
- Take minutes during monthly meeting.
- Handle all other HR Project and Administrative matters and undertake tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:
· A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources management or equivalent.
· At least 5 years of similar capacity in automotive/retail environment.
· Good knowledge of Singapore employment law and HR best practices.
· An analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills and possess “think- out-of-box” attitude.
· Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities with an eye for details.
· Able to meet tight deadlines, meticulous and is highly adaptable.
· Stakeholders’ management at various levels in the organization.
· Being hands on HR/‘do-er’, positive, initiative & execute with discretion.
· Experience liaises with blue collar workers.
· Knowledge in InfoTech payroll software would be good.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Team player and able to work independently as well.
