Job Responsibilities
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communications.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
Able to speak and write in both Chinese and English.
1 years working experience as an admin.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Responsible, mature and well-groomed.
Good communication skills.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday : 8.30am - 5.30pm
Alternator Saturday : 8.30am to 12.30pm
