Purpose: Provide administrative support to Program Managers of assigned customer accounts to meet customer’s requirements on product deliveries and program deliverables. Ensure routine program deliverables are maintained and communicated to internal and external stakeholders promptly.
Key Area of Responsibilities:
- Arrange documentation for product shipments to customers and returns of materials, tools, and or jigs from customers to ensure on-time delivery is met.
- Monitor and track customer consign materials, and feed them back to the Program Manager to assign the rightful project to maintain receipt of the consignment materials.
- Assist in executing change requests from customers e.g., engineering or configuration changes (e.g, Bill-of-Materials comparison and updating) to ensure timely execution of customer Engineering Change Order (ECO) and BOM changes.
- Maintain and update trackers related to program deliverables e.g., engineering issues, waiver requests, change requests, etc., to ensure all critical information and approval are in place for quality products.
- Assist in other program administrative tasks as assigned by program managers.
- Download the On Time Delivery (OTD) report from the customer portal and validate it against the shipment record for PM to analyse OTD performance.
- Support and participate in company continuous improvement program.
Qualification & Experiences:
- Diploma in Engineering or other relevant qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an administrator in the manufacturing industry.
- Good problem-solving skills
- Meticulous in details
- Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel functions
- Good communication skills
