Responsibilities:
- Assist in implement marketing activities across a broad range of marketing channels including in-club collaterals and digital touchpoints such as SEO, SEM, Social Media etc.
- Assist with website maintenance and updates using CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, and SuiteCRM.
- Compile and update of leads generated from various touchpoints for sales funnelling and reporting.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements, scope and objectives are met.
- Identify latest trends and opportunities to propose and execute creative social media content creation from end to end, including produce, shoot and editing of assets.
- Community management of social media accounts by responding to comments, direct messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Influencer management and media clipping.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma graduate in marketing, advertising, business administration or related discipline.
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Powerpoint and Excel (basic use of formula, pivot table, filtering etc).
- Experience in using content creation tools such as Canva, Capcut and/or any other social media editing software.
- Familiar and knowledgeable about latest social media apps eg Instagram, Tik Tok and Telegram.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., creating social media graphics, resizing images) would be a plus but are not required.
- Detail-oriented, excellent planning and communications skills, creative and energetic.
- Independent, communicative, proactive, and motivated to learn.
