Job Description
- Support to implement new IT tools and change the setting of existing IT tools in corporate with relevant.
- Coordination of IT Risk management activities.
- The core function is to support the technology-related operations of the company.
- Provide daily technical support to end-users on database, networking, and server management issues.
- Strong technical knowledge in Troubleshooting PC, Network, and Server related problems.
- Experience in Office 365 Administration, SharePoint, cPanel Web hosting, and Email hosting.
- Support and administer network and applications including troubleshooting any technical issue during the breakdown.
- To assist in project implementation and coordinate project deliveries for IT initiatives, applications, and solutions.
- Actively explore and deploy new software/hardware, unit standards, policies, and procedures and effectively manage to achieve them when required.
- Monitor and maintain proper inventory of hardware and software licenses.
- Responsible & support for daily IT matters and to perform other IT duties as assigned.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the immediate superior / Management.
