Candidate must have at least 5 years experience in Thai cuisine. Successful candidate is responsible for the following:
1. Food prep in the morning. Job includes cutting raw materials, preparing sauces, soup base, marination of food etc.
2. During business operations time, to cook food in timely manner. Reponsibility includes maintaining our food standards.
3. Food prep again during break time should ingredients run out during lunch operations.
4. Same applies for dinner operations.
5. To clean up kitchen after last order before going home.
6. Candidate is expected to work 6 days a week.
