You will play a key role in enhancing our customer experiences by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Promote the Workshop
- Sell Retail Products
- Assist in Course Enrolment
- Customer Service - Pre & Post Course
- Conduct short and interactive workshop
- Maintain Shop Cleanliness
- Assist in Venue Setup
- Inventory Management
Working Hours & Commitment:
- Full-time: 44 hours per week
- Shifts is include weekends and public holidays.
- All staff are expected to commit to at least 1 year of employment to ensure continuity and service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Experience/Without Experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic POS skills for managing sales and customer data.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
