Job description:
- Respond to phone enquiries.
- Support sales team in quotation, invoice and fulfillment administration.
- Manage online orders and put orders through internally for order fulfilment.
- Liaise with partners on pricing updates.
- Update online stores and catalogues with product update
- Assist in printing of sticker labels for products.
- Support in order fulfilment and event setups where needed.
Requirements:
- Hold a diploma or degree in business management, hospitality or equivalent.
- Possess 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
- Detail oriented.
- Able to multi-task.
- Able to work well in a team and independently.
- Able to work on weekends (6 day work week)
