Job description
· Manage the full spectrum of Human Resources Management functions including monthly payroll and time table shift, CPF submission as well as staff leave, compensation and benefits administration.
· Manage manpower planning needs and work closely with managers/supervisors on the full recruitment process.
· Coordinate, prepare and conduct orientation for new hires.
· Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and employment laws.
· Execution and quarterly review of Human Resources policies, documents and procedures.
· Assist in performing administrative tasks, such as documenting standard
· operating procedures and creating company guidelines.
· Assist in performance management programs and generate quarterly and/or annual employee performance report / records.
· Regular review and updating of HR databases, and maintaining of organised and proper filing of all Human Resources and administrative documents.
· Assist in scheduling appointments, regular servicing and managing company calendar (deadlines, important events etc)
· Assist in application for grants, training programmes, insurance or claims(GPCL, Levy waiver, NS) etc
· To assist the Director in day to day and ad-hoc duties, as needed.
Job Requirement
1. Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in managing Human Resource.
3. Proficient in MS Office applications.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Good working knowledge of Singapore Employment and Practice.
6. Meticulous and organised.
