Job Responsibilities

* Assist Project Leads in comprehending clients’ objectives, requirements, and preferences for each project.

* Contribute to the development of creative concepts and proposals aligning with client briefs and budget constraints.

* Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, operations) to ensure smooth project execution.

* Source and oversee external vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring deliverables are met.

* Under Project Leads' supervision, manage all logistical aspects of events including venue selection, catering, audio-visual needs, and transportation.

* Conduct on-site event management, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any issues.

* Prepare post-event reports under Project Leads' guidance to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement.


Job Requirement

* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Strong organization skills and keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.

* Creative thinking and adept problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset.

* Passionate about creativity, innovation, and delivering outstanding experiences.
