Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities


• Answering of phone enquires

• Handle & coordinates meetings, schedules and serving visitors

• Assist in hotel and travel bookings and apply visitor visa

• Responsible for issuance of serial number for company’s internal documents

• Manage office administration (including but not limited to procurement of office and pantry supplies, office maintenance, etc)

• Monitor and update employee’ attendance and leave record

• Employee duty formalities & employee resignation procedure

• Meticulous and able to work in tight schedule


Requirements

  • Min. Diploma / Degree in any discipline
  • Excellent English and Mandarin speaking/writing
  • 2-3 years working experience in a similar role (optional)
  • Mature candidate and possess high integrity and honesty
  • Independent, well organized and ability to work without close supervision.
  • Good in Microsoft Office, especially Power-point
