The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business expansion by generating new leads, implementing localised market growth strategies, and enhancing brand awareness. This role involves developing innovative approaches to fuel company growth, identifying market opportunities, and implementing strategies to maximise awareness and market share. The Business Development Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to drive sustainable growth and establish the organization as a market leader.

- The manager will report into local principals whilst collaborating with other global business development personnel in the execution of global business development strategies.
Strategic Business Development:
- Articulate and present Eight Inc.’s vision and strategy to clients and prospects.
- Manage the studio BD pipeline, from prospects and leads through to working with Directors and Program leads to coordinate and support RFI and RFP submissions.
- Develop and present ideas about the challenges and opportunities clients and prospects face — distilling insights and making recommendations.
- Implement and monitor the success of the strategic business development plan for target markets and identify long term strategic partnerships.
- Work closely with the local Principals in identifying new opportunities (market segments, customer base, and industry verticals to target).
Marketing:
- Implement and improve the marketing plan for the studio in close collaboration with local Principals. This should include identifying events, speaking engagements, planning and creating social media content, scheduling and outreach - for all target markets
- Manage and create a set of case studies to be used in marketing efforts for the region.
- Help create compelling sales presentations using industry knowledge, market trends, and case studies to clearly communicate the value proposition and inspire action.
- Support development of thought leadership pieces in concert with thought leadership calendar
Pipeline:
- Manage and coordinate the proposal and pitch process, respond directly to incoming RFPs or RFI’s and support in the writing and design of proposals.
- Develop and manage sales pipeline with target clients.
- Prepare and give business reviews and strategic recommendations to the local Principals and the Global Executive Team regarding progress and roadblocks to closing new customers.
- Track lead and client development process using Pipedrive
- Provide monthly updates on marketing and outreach activities

Experience :
- A qualification at degree level in a specific field, ie: business, architecture, communications (digital/graphic), exhibition or environmental design
- Design agency experience working on major corporate brands in retail, architecture, interior and exhibition design environments is preferable
- 3+ years sales experience and proven track record in a design consultant business preferred
- Strong network and ability to engage executive levels at regional and international companies
- Experience managing essential marketing systems (CRM, image libraries, digital asset databases) - Knowledge of general design and consulting industry
Attractive Commision(Upto 4%) on top of the Base salary in addition to good benefits.
