Job Description:
- Attend and provide Field and In-house advice and services to customer’s
requirements. - Assist in implementation of product design to commissioning process.
- Review and implement Quality control plan, supervise the completion of TQC and
standards. Maintenance of in-house workshop. - Liaison with customer representatives and ensure on resolving customer demands.
- Participate to form project team with sales, engineering and related dept.
- Involve in the set-up of service centre
- Analyse all Non-conformity report and interact with customers.
- Comply with all OH&S policies and service escalation procedures.
- Check for Warranty of Gearboxes upon receipt of NCR.
- Maintain personal knowledge of safety instructions and operational procedures.
- Record details of all Field Inspection and corrective action taken.
- Provide corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to customer and completion of service
report. - Over 50% travelling to sites and customer’s plant within AP region (Frequent
travelling area: Asia Pacific, including India & Australia but excluding China). - Look for continuous improvement opportunities.
- Promote and support sales of NGC product and services.
- Fulfil any other reasonable duties as required.
Required:
- Min Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in aftermarket service, related working experience in vehicles or the wind energy industry is preferred
- Able to commit standby and travel if required.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, quick thinking
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
