- Ensure smooth running of sites’ operation as assigned
- Prepare periodic schedules for sites as assigned
- Scheduling of daily site visits to respective clients’ premises
- Handle enquiries and feedback from clients
- Provide regular updates of clients’ feedback and requirements to Operations Manager
- Conduct ad hoc checks on sites to ensure cleaning team comply to SOP and safety requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Operations/Project Co-ordination
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasked assigned
- A team player who is proactive with positive attitude
- Class 3 driving license will be an advantage
- Experience in cleaning service will be an advantage
