Job Description
- Assist walk in clients on account opening and general account or transaction related enquiries/issues
- To make follow up calls/emails to clients on matters such as account opening verification, personal details update, unidentified payment, process corporate account opening documents, compliance related matters, transfer in/out requests
- Cover B2B reception area during lunch time and certain period if needed
- Support Live Chat enquiries
Job Requirements
- About 3-4 years of customer service related experience within a financial industry
- Good communication skills
