Job Description:
1. Provide spare parts sales support to sales team.
2. Ensure all purchase orders received are checked for correctness in a prompt manner.
3. Ensure purchase order acknowledgement to customers has been issued.
4. Liaise with factory and suppliers on quotations, stocks availability and delivery lead time.
5. Liaise with factory and suppliers to provide costings to sales team.
6. Monitoring and expediting of spare parts purchases shipment to ensure delivery dates are met.
7. Ensure all orders are promptly shipped in accordance with committed delivery dates.
8. Monitor and alert sales team or respond to customers if any orders cannot be fulfilled on time.
9. Prepare and issue delivery orders, invoices, and documents for outgoing shipment.
10. Liaise with supply chain to expedite on spare parts packing and shipping arrangement.
11. Review spare parts inventory and plan stock replenishment.
12. Prepare sales order report.
13. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Possess at least with GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in any field of study.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Independent and take initiatives with positive work attitude and good team player.
Microsoft AX Dynamics will be an added advantage.
