Job Description:
- In charge of design model and drawing submission
- To ensure drawing generated are in consistent with modelling design intent, view range, filters, settings correctly applied
- Development of BIM model and update comments
- Ensure design submission information exchange are carry out timely
- Review of Coordinated Combine Service Model (CCSM) models
- Involved in Virtual Design Conference on drawing on coordination and model development matters
- Ensuring that BIM model capture the required details with good accuracy
- Able to amend field end devices model family
- Able to generate Bill of Quantity from BIM models
- Input of Asset Information Model (AIM) to complete the as built model hand over
Job Requirement:
- Minimum ITE, Diploma / Degree in Building Information Modelling / Architecture/ Engineering with minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Must be able to work within tight deadline
- Those who are familiar with MRT Projects (Viaduct / Underground) or Expressway project preferred
