Job Description

· Working Location: East, Loyang
· Working Hours: Alternate Saturday
· Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
· Timely submission of claims to main contractors and clients
· Prepare monthly claim summary and cash flow reports.
· Prepare bill of quantities from drawings for tender submission and pricing schedules
· Source for supplier quotation, prepare quotation for tender submission.
· Create Bills of Quantities (BQs) and pricing schedules.
· Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
· Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
· Prior experience in preparation of bill of quantities and claim submission
· At least 2 years working experience in Singapore is strongly preferred
· Strong communication skills, independent and good attitude
