Restaurant Operations Executive
Reporting to the Restaurant Operations Manager, the incumbent shall be responsible to:
- Assist in the supervision of the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Ensure all team members in the restaurants are familiar with the restaurant’s menu and service procedures.
- Establish rapport with guests and extend them with the optimum service possible.
- Recommend guest on our restaurant menu or offer alternatives.
- Manage guest relations and handle feedback concerning food and services.
- Assist Restaurant Operations Manager with necessary administrative duties
Job Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Service oriented team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast pace environment.
- Able to perform rotating work shifts including split shifts on weekends and public holidays.
