JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure proper usage and calibration of measuring equipment
- Managing customers' request and complaints (KIS)
- Compiling Raw Material Inspection/Certificate report
- Handle Audits from customers and ISO certification bodies
- Document Control of whole Quality and Engineering system
- Setup and maintain and generate Quality Management System procedures and processes
- Archive project documentations (technology cookbook, include control plan, FMEA etc )
REQUIREMENT
- At least Diploma in any field
- 3 or more years of relevant experience
- ISO audit experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
