Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Sales Summary for 10 outlets
2. GTO reports for 8 outlets
3. Issue invoice for royalty fee to Shangrila Philippines
4. JV-1a: Sales receipts – OCBC journal
5. JV-9: Interco Journal
6. JV-7: Depreciation Journal and Fixed Asset Listing
7. JV-3: Payroll Journal
8. Monthly reports- AR for Month ended- Franchisees, AR for the month ended- Mall Voucher, AR for the month ended- Outlets, GK voucher for sales
9. Photostat mall vouchers and write the serial no. of the vouchers in Mall Voucher Form and give outlet managers to submit them to malls
10. Arrange and keep the sales receipts inside the Crown boxes
11. Other adhoc tasks as assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
1. Candidate must possess minimum Diploma in Accountancy or other Business Certification
2. 1-2 years relevant experience in the related field are welcome
3. Must be able to work first 2 weeks of the month.
4. Able to join immediately
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
6. Positive working attitude and initiative
