- Reporting to the Project Manager, you will lead the project construction team in planning, managing, supervision, and coordination of subcontractors’ work to ensure successful project delivery in a safe and timely manner.
- Ensure that the project is carried-out in accordance with approved plans/drawings, contract specifications and regulations
- Lead a team of supervisors and workers to carry out RC works, housekeeping and other general works
- Supervise structural and architectural works performed by the subcontractors
- Attend project meetings, technical meetings to resolve issues with client's representatives, consultants, and subcontractors
- Ensure quality of work carried-out by the subcontractors
- Work with the WSH Officer to ensure that the works are carried-out safely in accordance to authority requirements
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
- Able to understand construction drawings, specifications and requirements well
- Good communication skills and able to interact with client, consultants, subcons, staff & workers
- Excellent team player with ability to meet project timelines
