Job Responsibilities:
- Review, coordinate and generate all architectural works.
- Supervise and inspect all Architectural works carried out by sub-contractors.
- Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect.
- Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
- Carry out quality inspection on site and ensure quality of work to be completed on scheduled time.
- Supervise all architectural works and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications.
- Work closely with subcontractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements.
- Supervising the interior fit out works, coordination with sub-contractors.
- Liaise with respective sub-contractors on work methods and sequencing.
- Monitor progress, quality of worksmanship and compliance with contract requirements.
- Monitor the availability and on time delivery of materials / equipment to complete the construction work within schedule.
- Adherence to safety practices in the work place.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum possess at CGE O Level / relevant Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Architecture or related field. Experience in HDB BTO projects is an advantage
- Must be WAH Supervisor / BCSS
- Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in architectural works
- Able to work independently and in a team
