MISSION: Be the responsible of the business and project management for the brand portfolio, on all the Business channels (B2B and D2C)
EXPECTED RESULTS: lead effectively cross functional projects, align different stakeholders including markets, take decisions, support in the desired output through analysis and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
- BUSINESS Management: Coordination of local brand activities and projects connecting corporate and local stakeholders; Support markets’ activities having impact over business at corporate level. Drive the budget process
- PERFORMANCE TRACKING: Tracking and reporting business performances for all the markets & Brands in scope in the Region
- COMPETITION: analyze local competition, benchmark and best practices, identify white spaces in the Region
- PRICING ANALYSIS: analyze the price positioning of our and competitor brands, recommend adjustment in the local currency according with the business potential
- REGIONAL PLAN FOLLOW UP with relevant key stakeholders.
- SUPPORT ON NEW BUSINESS PLANS
Key Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree with at least 10yrs relevant working experience
- Excellent communication skills (including creating & delivering presentations exp. over analytics)
- Commercial/pragmatic attitude
- Proactive and autonomous approach, able to manage processes and find new growth opportunities
- Strong problem solving skills
- Open attitude and strong Team working skills
- Corporate orientation but possibly with some market background
- Good knowledge of analytics using all the Company Platforms (DSS, BO and official reporting)
