Responsibilities
- Obtain and review port-agencies'quotations from required port agencies.
- Monitor and liase with port agencies and ship charterers on tanker movements
- Arrange pilot for Singapore inward, berthing, unuberthing and outward passage.
- Monitor and report vessel's status and movement on a daily basis.
- Handling of Administrative matters for the team.
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Business, Accounts or Maritime Studies preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well under tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
