- Developing and implementing HR Strategies and initiatives that aligned with the overall business strategy
- Handle the full function of HR which includes Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, and Employee Relation
- Payroll management and processing
- Lead and coordinate key HR processes such as annual performance evaluation and salary review
- Preparing Job Description, sourcing of job posting portals, and coordinating, and participating in the interviews and reference checks.
- Implement employee-relations engagement activities necessary to promote a high level of employee morale and motivation
- Handling employee relations, grievances and counselling
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Create and update policies and procedures
- Provide advisory and support on Operational matters
- Perform analysis such as learning needs analysis and identify metrics/KPIs to track programme impact, learning utilization and other talent and learning development outcomes
- Develop methodologies and training evaluations to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Ensuring a systematic and structured training policy and programs are put in place to upgrade the level of service standards.
Key Attributes:
- Degree in Human Resource Management
- Minimum 5 years of related experience with at least 3 years of demonstrated experience in a management role in security industry
- Proven track record as an effective Human Resource professional and the ability to lead and motivate
- Familiar with Singapore Labour Laws and Regulations
- Business acumen and strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, organisational and analytical skills
- Tactful with pleasant and outgoing personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
