Human Resource Manager

  • Developing and implementing HR Strategies and initiatives that aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Handle the full function of HR which includes Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, and Employee Relation
  • Payroll management and processing
  • Lead and coordinate key HR processes such as annual performance evaluation and salary review
  • Preparing Job Description, sourcing of job posting portals, and coordinating, and participating in the interviews and reference checks.
  • Implement employee-relations engagement activities necessary to promote a high level of employee morale and motivation
  • Handling employee relations, grievances and counselling
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Create and update policies and procedures
  • Provide advisory and support on Operational matters
  • Perform analysis such as learning needs analysis and identify metrics/KPIs to track programme impact, learning utilization and other talent and learning development outcomes
  • Develop methodologies and training evaluations to ensure effective learning outcomes.
  • Ensuring a systematic and structured training policy and programs are put in place to upgrade the level of service standards.

Key Attributes:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience with at least 3 years of demonstrated experience in a management role in security industry
  • Proven track record as an effective Human Resource professional and the ability to lead and motivate
  • Familiar with Singapore Labour Laws and Regulations
  • Business acumen and strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, organisational and analytical skills
  • Tactful with pleasant and outgoing personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
