Job Description
- Assists in department daily routine.
- Handle data entry and clerical duties.
- Perform good customer service.
- Perform stock control and follow up on office maintenance.
- Answer telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Ad hoc duties that are assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Entry level candidates are welcome
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or ITE / Diploma / Professional Certification in Administration are welcome to apply.
- Willing to learn with good attitude.
- Computer literate.
- Organized and responsible.
- Able to speak English fluently in order to assist and communicate with clients.
- Strong sales and admin track record will be advantage.
- Team player who is able to manage task independently with minimum supervision.
- Possess good inter-personal and marketing skills.
- Candidates with at least 1 to 2 years experience has an added advantage,
