Responsibilities:
- Reviews daily Tugboat orders to identify and optimize deployment gaps in order so as to help reduce operational cost
- Works closely with Technical Superintendents to plan and reduce Tugboat service down time so to ensure service level is maintained and revenue loss is reduced
- Performs cold-calls to other Tugboat service providers to update them of our tugboats location to see if there are potential enquiries that we can serve
- Prepares daily Tugboat order log sheet for recording, planning and monitoring purposes
- Updates and manage Service logbooks for invoicing purposes.
Requirements:
- Minimum O’ Level or equivalent certificate
- Preferably 1 years’ experience in Tugboats / Launch scheduling and deployment will be advantageous
- Knowledge and experience in in port agency and management will be advantageous
- Entry Level candidates are welcome to apply (On Job Training will be provided)
- Willing to work on rotating shift, 2 days, 2 nights & 2 off and public holidays when necessary
- Preferably have own personal transport for shift work
