Job Description
To make important project decision
To oversee site engineering teams, vendors, subcontractors
To liase with all stakeholders for important issue
Job Responsibilities
· To report to senior project manager
· To be responsible for developing n managing acmv project plans, including timelines, budgets in human resources allocation
· To ensure project progress according to project milestone
· To manage the work activities and performance of the all-stake holders
· To liaise with authority, consultant, clients n internal stake holder for issues arises during project implementation
· To carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time
· Prepare and update all site reports, monitor and report progress of project
· To ensure safety protocol are adhered to by all parties at job site.
Job Requirements
· 8 years of experience in ACMV/HVAC works, from conceptualizing to project delivery n 5 years management experience
· Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
· Proficient in AutoCAD Software
· Fluent in ACMV knowledge and installation –CHWP (chilled water pump), VRV /VRF (variable refrigerant volume) (variable refrigerant flow) system.
5 days work week with alternate half saturday.
