The job involves the administration of tenancy matters including renewal, tenancy changes, arrears management and handling customer feedback. Your job scope will also include collaborating with customers and stakeholders and handle leasing matters, negotiate leases and attend to tenancy-related matters.
Individual to be involved in:
1. Oversee the daily operations of the properties, including maintenance, repair, and upkeep.
2. Formulate maintenance procedures & policies
3. Establishing and maintaining good landlord-tenant relationships
4. Ensure the property is well-maintained, fully leased, and in compliance with local regulations.
5. Attend to other ad-hoc duties, as and when directed by director.
